All service descriptions, pricing, and availability are subject to change without notice. We strive to provide accurate information, but we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free.

Estimates and Quotes

All estimates and quotes provided are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise specified. Final pricing may vary based on site conditions discovered during installation. We will notify you of any significant price changes before proceeding with work.

Payment Terms

Payment terms will be outlined in your service agreement. We typically require a deposit before work begins, with the remaining balance due upon completion. We accept various forms of payment including cash, check, and major credit cards.

Late payments may be subject to additional fees. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services for non-payment.

Warranties and Guarantees

We stand behind the quality of our work and materials. Specific warranty terms will be provided in your service agreement. Manufacturer warranties on materials are passed through to the customer.

Our workmanship warranty does not cover damage caused by improper maintenance, misuse, natural disasters, or normal wear and tear beyond the warranty period.

Customer Responsibilities

You are responsible for ensuring that the installation site is accessible and that any required permits are obtained. You must notify us of any underground utilities, irrigation systems, or other obstacles that may affect installation.

You agree to maintain the installed artificial grass according to our care instructions to preserve warranty coverage.

Limitation of Liability

TurfVale San Clemente Artificial Grass shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the services in question.

Cancellation and Rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations made with less notice may result in a cancellation fee.

Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of TurfVale San Clemente Artificial Grass and is protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration shall take place in San Clemente, California.
